I believe in challenging individuals to become the greatest version of themselves. Growth and healing come from stepping into discomfort, facing the patterns that no longer serve us, and working toward meaningful change. I am passionate about working with family systems to reduce volatility, improve communication, and lower anxiety within relationships. Trauma is any experience that negatively changes how we see ourselves or the world, and each person’s journey is unique. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals, couples, and families to process their experiences and move toward healing. As a trauma-informed therapist, I have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) to help individuals process trauma and shift altered cognitions. I also integrate DBT and CBT skills into my practice, to offer a wide variety of skills, tailored to my clients needs You don’t have to navigate this alone—I’m here to support you in finding clarity, peace, and resilience. If you are contemplating taking this first step into healing, allow me to be the person that helps you through your unique journey.

Autism, military life, parenting, and aging come with unique strengths, perspectives, and challenges. I provide a judgment-free space where you and your family can be seen, supported, and empowered to build meaningful connections.

I offer in-person, in-home, in-community, and via telehealth to meet your needs. I host online and in-person social support groups where individuals can build meaningful relationships and community.

Through my experience as a mother of an autistic child, a 16-year military spouse, and caregiver for a Vietnam veteran, I understand these unique challenges.
